Are there any items you cannot move?

For safety reasons, certain items such as hazardous materials, flammable items, pets, and live plants may be restricted. If you have specific questions about items you need to move, feel free to contact us.

What is your policy on rescheduling a move, and will I be charged if I need to change my moving date?

We understand you need to reschedule your move and want to know if it's possible without being charged! We certainly get that plans change, and while we can't waive policies, we're happy to work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. Since local moves don't require deposits, you won't incur a cancellation fee. However, the key is giving us enough notice. As long as you let us know at least 3 days before your original date, we'll do our best to find a new slot that fits your schedule.
